We wanted to let you know what a great experience we had buying our new Rogue.  Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly, making everything extremely easy for us.
Kristen was wonderful, letting us know every step of the way where things were through her many emails and calls to us.  Angelina was a delight, making an otherwise tedious task of finances and signatures (let's face it!) actually enjoyable.  Abby was very knowledgeable and friendly while showing us all of the features of the Rogue, and Ben made sure with his beaming smile that we were happy with everything associated with our new purchase.
Tony and Chuck, we wanted to personally thank you for the fees and payments that you waived for us … we truly appreciate it.  We know without a doubt that we got the best possible deal.  But that's not the real reason that we have kept coming back to you for over 20 years.  It's the people.
When we visit Nissan of Keene, it's like coming home to family.  Chuck, we've obviously known you forever and we immediately recognized the fact that you're honest and open, a real rarity in the business.  Tony, you always makes us feel like family and it's always truly a pleasure to see you.  We can't forget Harry and Rob in service who give us a huge welcome every time we visit.  And it's apparent that anyone else who comes to work for you is expected to give your customers the highest level of service, respect, and friendliness.

This was the 5th dealership I visited in my hunt for a new vehicle. There was one dealership whom told me what the monthly payment amount would be however said they were unaware of the vehicle price and APR rate. I found this to be extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional for someone to try to sell me something with no details as needed to make such an important decision. In comparison, When I worked with Nissan of Keene the saleswomen, Samantha made all the difference in my experience. She was extremely helpful with providing me specific knowledge about the vehicles and I did not receive this at the other dealerships. I was not pressured, nor did she try to convince me to purchase a vehicle I was not interested in. Most importantly, we went over what payments would look like together, and I was not given ridiculous "predictions". There was no keeping me in the dark, no pressure, I was simply guided through my journey and it was a pleasant experience.

Hope you are well. So working in healthcare and management, I often know how rare it is that customers email when they get good service. As you know better than I, the emails and phone calls come when things have gone bad. I just wanted to shoot you a quick email and give kudos to your service staff and ladies who take care of your phones. Each time I have to get my Armada serviced, the customer service from the first phone call to picking my car has been outstanding. Everyone seems to be able to make a decision and is accountable, which many businesses don't seem to have, so whatever you do for on-boarding and training, don't change it J.

Tony, at the end of the survey it asks why didn't you buy from the other Nissan dealership. None of the boxes fit my answer, so I didn't click a box. There should be a blank box where you could write in your own answer.I would have written in "The difference in cost between the two dealerships was minimal compared to the additional value enhancements I received from purchasing from Nissan of Keene"

I've been a Nissan owner since back when they were Datsuns. My first was a brand new '82 pickup. When Chuck bought the dealership we were among his first customers. Over the years we have tried other makes and dealerships a couple of times, but nothing matches the combination of Nissan's reliability and innovation with Nissan of Keene's customer focus. We have found Nissan of Keene to be honest, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. The Sales Team is knowledgeable and thorough. NEVER high pressure, always available to answer questions and match you up with the best vehicle possible at the best price. The Service Team truly "takes care" of you. Maintenance visits are always handled professionally and efficiently. The friendly representatives go the extra mile and even get me to work in the morning when I drop my car off. Chuck is typically "ahead of the curve" when it comes to innovation at the dealership, honesty, and customer focus. I think of Nissan of Keene as my "vehicle consultants", working closely as my partner for vehicle purchases and service needs. I would without hesitation recommend Nissan of Keene for your next vehicle purchase.

My husband and I have recently been looking for comparable vehicles to replace our Honda Pilot. We looked at the 2015 Honda Pilot, as well as a few other SUV type vehicles. We went to Nissan of Keene and worked with Tony Percoco. Our last buying experience was also with Tony in 2002 when we purchased a new Nissan XTerra. We looked at and test drove the Nissan Pathfinder and gave it serious consideration. It met all of our comfort needs, as well as the other vehicle needs we were seeking. Tony was very fair about the bottom line cost, and very graciously worked with us to meet us halfway on what we were seeking for our Pilot trade-in value. As a result, we signed the paperwork yesterday and are now Pathfinder owners.

As with our buying experience in 2002, we are just as pleased with our experience with Tony again in 2014. He's very professional, friendly and fair. Thanks, Tony! I'm sure we'll be back.

I found the car I wanted online and contacted this dealership directly. My request to test drive was responded to by Kirk Callender, who answered all of my questions promptly and arranged for a meeting. He was friendly, knowledgeable and never once pushed us in any way. We drove the car, agreed quickly on the price and came back the next weekend to purchase. On both occasions, we brought our small dog, who was welcomed in the dealership as well. Everyone there is a dog owner / lover. We would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an enjoyable buying experience.

Nissan of Keene is a big dealership with a small business kind of attitude. I recently purchased a 2006 Honda Element SUV from Nissan of Keene and I was blown away by the high level of professionalism and the excellent service I received as a customer. I would like to specifically thank Jim, Michael, and Kirk, who all worked with me throughout my experience.

When I got the vehicle home, there was a minor emissions issue, so I called the dealership. At this point, most other dealerships would say "Good luck, you're on your own now." Instead, Nissan of Keene went out of their way to drive a replacement vehicle to my home (nearly a 3 hour drive from the dealership) and drove my recent purchase back to Keene, where they fixed the issue FREE OF CHARGE. Not to mention, the replacement vehicle they brought me was a brand new Nissan Frontier 4x4 crew cab. I would like to especially thank my salesman, Jim Gaskell, who made this vehicle swap and free repair his personal mission. He did a lot of driving in a short amount of time.

The crew at Nissan of Keene somehow made the process of shopping for a used vehicle an enjoyable experience and, more importantly, they stand behind their word. This is a rare find in today's world. A big thanks to the whole crew at Nissan of Keene and I know where I'll be shopping for my next vehicle!

While car buying is never 'fun' for us, we are impressed with the level or professionalism we experienced at Nissan of Keene. While professional, there was also a level of casual comfort that made this car buying experience far less painful. We worked with Keene, as well as other Nissan dealers in the area, and Keene was by far the most responsive, knowledgeable and helpful of them all. Of all car dealerships I have dealt with I can not say enough good things about the people at Nissan of Keene. Over the past 5 years I have bought or leased 3 vehicles from them and every time the experience has been great. There are 7 Nissan dealers closer to where I live, in fact I am 2 hours away from Nissan of Keene but I will always go to them first. There is never any last minute changes or any of that car buying anxiety that we are all to familiar with! I never hesitate to tell people to call them and have actually referred family and friends who have also had a great experience.
