Nissan of Keene has been officially recognized by Nissan North America as Number One in Owner Loyalty in the entire Northeast Region of the United States. The dealership was officially notified of this achievement in a letter from Gary Frigo, Regional Vice President of Nissan's Northeast Region in Nissan North America.

Mr. Frigo wrote, "I am pleased to congratulate you and Nissan of Keene for achieving the highest 2009 Owner Loyalty score in the entire Northeast Region."

"Nissan of Keene achieved a Dealer Loyalty score of 61.5% compared to the regional average of 34.5%. This means that your Nissan owners are more likely to buy another Nissan from you than the other 271 dealers that make up the Northeast. Additionally, Nissan of Keene finished number 7 in the Nation."
